Each year, several families engage the attorneys of HAWKINS LAW PC for adoptions sponsored by the Indiana Office of Family and Children (the “OFC”). We understand the Indiana system for non-recurring adoption expense payment and work with our clients and the OFC on a contingent fee basis.
Many people think of adoptions practice as a subdiscipline of family law, but the Hawkins attorneys cherish it as part of the firm’s thriving probate emphasis. We like to think that we are helping to build families.
