Our attorneys have counseled clients in farm sales and acquisitions; drainage issues; easement acquisitions; boundary disputes; loan negotiations; oil, gas, and mineral sales and acquisitions; and many other matters.

In 2010, the firm began representing farmers in legislative advocacy to address client concerns about efforts by the coal, oil, and gas industries to gain surface rights without surface owner consent. The attorneys expect to spend significantly more time in the Indiana Statehouse negotiating legislation on behalf of the agricultural industry in the future.
